Boxing For Fitness Lessons

Progress on your boxing journey with our Intermediate lessons. Learn how to move, defend and attack with confidence and control. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts with some boxing experience. You will need to complete at least 10 lessons at this level before moving up to Advanced level. You only pay for one lesson at a time, and you can take as many lessons as you like. Every lesson is one-to-one. Our coaches are qualified to at least Advanced level with the Hatton Boxing Academy and are fully insured to teach Boxing For Fitness.
