Boxing Course

Course Structure

The course is made up of three levels, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

There are ten lessons at each level, making thirty in total.

Each lesson lasts around 40 minutes and is made up of 10 three minute rounds, with a one minute interval between each round.

As many as five new skills are added each lesson, building up a toolset of techniques quickly and in a structured way.

At the end of the course you should be ready to be assessed at your local boxing gym for sparring.
