Boxing For Fitness Lessons

Start your boxing journey with our Beginner lessons. Learn the fundamentals of boxing including an introduction to methods of movement, defence and attack. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts looking to get started in boxing. As a beginner you will need to complete at least 10 lessons at this level before moving up to the Intermediate level. You only pay for one lesson at a time, and you can take as many lessons as you like. Every lesson is one-to-one. Our coaches are qualified to at least Advanced level with the Hatton Boxing Academy and are fully insured to teach Boxing For Fitness.
